Have You Listened For The Whisper?

Do you ever find yourself thinking about all of the transitions that we go through in our lifetime?

Some of them we will experience at the same time while others are so individual.

Last week may have been the official arrival of Fall but there were many signs that it was around the corner.  The shorter days and hearing the rustle of fallen leaves are always a clue.

Maybe you have gone through a life changing transition such as going back to work, caring for an aging parent or becoming an empty nester.

Some transitions will feel more personal to you than others.

They may start off as a whisper that you want something in your life to be different.

You may have no idea what it is but you know that you want more in your life.

Does this sound like you?

If so, you are not alone!

So many women that I meet tell me that they want more in their life.

And this has nothing to do with acquiring the latest Kate Spade handbag or Lululemon workout pants.

Sure, those things are great but they will never satisfy that whisper for more that comes from within.

The reality is that when the yearning comes from within, the logical place to start looking is within.  This may or may not be within your comfort zone.

We are all at different places in our lives and that place will most likely determine where your comfort zones ends.

But what if stepping outside of your comfort zone could bring about a life fuller than you could ever imagine?

When you think about it, life is one huge transition.  Some just happen to be bigger than others!

Transition is about change and change is about moving forward.  When we are not moving forward, we become stuck and that is when we can start to hear the whisper within.

That is if we listen!

Do you have a transition in your life that you are currently going through and could use a little support navigating your way through?  Or possibly you hear the whisper and want to dig in to see what it’s all about.

I would love to hear what bubbled up for you when reading this post so feel free to comment below.  Should you have any questions or want to connect, you can reach me at hello@anneeppley.com.
