Imagine waking up each day to a life surrounded by all the people and things you love.
You did not find yourself here overnight but through many conscious decisions you made to live a more meaningful life.
Maybe these decisions were a long time in the making but you can’t imagine life being any other way!
You knew things had to change when you became aware that each day began to look like the next. With that awareness, you could see what was most important to you was getting the least amount of attention.
You knew deep within that things had to change or you would risk the chance of spiraling into a life of unhappiness and you didn’t want to go there.
Where in your life do you desire more meaning?
This question may take some time for reflection to discover what a meaningful life would look like to you. So often it’s easy to look outside ourselves for the answers, but this one is within you — if you only take the time to listen.
It may be about clearing the physical clutter in your life, saying goodbye to overwhelming thoughts, or letting go of relationships that no longer bring you joy. Possibly a combination of all three!
Marie Kondo, author of “The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up”, sums up a good way to think about clutter with the quote “The question of what you want to own is actually a question of how you want to live your life”.
How do you want to live your life?
The process is all about discovering what means the most to you. Discovering this can take some time. What comes up may be a little uncomfortable working through but the outcome will be will worth your time and effort.
Are you ready to create a more meaningful life for yourself? If so, I would love to support you on that process of discovery.
